It shouldn’t happen, but sometimes we do get it wrong…let us know about it.
We promise that we will investigate your comments and feedback to you within 10 days with honest answers!
Over the years, we have received many complaints and dealt with the vast majority with a personal reply, after a meaningful investigation.
Most complaints are about the quality of food or the service delivery of food. Rarely do we receive complaints about drinks. Where we have letting bedrooms, that can also be a source of complaint.
Running a busy food pub is a complex job and occasionally our teams will make genuine and unintentional mistakes. If you feel that the team on site has not dealt with your complaint properly then please make contact with us and we will investigate it. Sometimes we will give compensation and on other occasions when we feel the team have not been treated well by the customer or been reasonable themselves, we will not.
We are always happy to receive feedback on the pubs either positive or negative.
