The White Lion at Kimberley re-opened it’s doors in March 2022 following a fresh & stylish refurbishment. This cask ale haven is well known locally to be the best in the area for quality kept real ales. A fantastic feature inside the pub is a dedicated wall showcasing artwork of the brewing process from grain to glass.

Up to six real ales & trad ciders are always available serving the likes of local favourites Dancing Duck, Blue Monkey & Old Sawley on a regular basis, to name but a few. A good range of wines & spirits are also available.

Weekly events include a Quiz every Wednesday night at 8:30pm with free food for all participants. Live music features every weekend also and is always very popular, make sure to arrive early to secure a seat.

We have a big Marquee to the rear of the building, with a capacity of 100 which is ideal for Weddings, Wakes, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Engagement Parties, Baby Showers, Exercise Classes and more! Buffets & DJ’s can also be supplied if required.
